These terms and conditions apply to the Stampino application (referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Mircea Dragota (referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. Please read and understand these terms before using the Application. Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the Application or any part thereof is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
1. Use of the Application
The Service Provider aims to provide a useful and efficient Application. The Service Provider may modify the Application at any time, add features, or change prices. Any fees for the Application or its services will be communicated to users.
2. Collection of Personal Data
We do not collect personal information from users unless explicitly provided. By providing your phone number or email address, you agree to the processing of this data for authentication and device migration. You may withdraw your consent at any time by removing your phone number or email address directly from the application.
Loyalty card data — stamps, points, rewards, and saved cards — is stored under an anonymous identifier and cannot be linked to an identified person. Optionally, you may choose to sync this data with a social account (for example Apple or Google) in order to transfer it between devices.
Your birthday is optional and we store only the day and month (not the year). It is used solely to grant you a reward on your birthday. You can delete this information at any time directly from the app; however, to prevent abuse, you will need to wait one year before adding a new birthday.
3. Your Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree to the processing of this data for the purpose of authentication and device migration. You may withdraw your consent at any time by removing your phone number or email address directly from the application.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services, such as Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics, which have their own terms and conditions. By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept the terms of these third-party providers. Links to their privacy policies are available below:
5. Data Security and Responsibilities
The Service Provider is committed to maintaining the security of your personal data. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your device. The Service Provider is not responsible for damages or losses caused by misuse of the device, including jailbreak or root, which may expose data to security risks.
6. Internet Access
Certain features of the Application may require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for any additional costs associated with using the Application outside Wi-Fi areas, including roaming charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider makes efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information in the Application. However, the Service Provider is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on this information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is charged and has the necessary connection to use the Application.
8. QR Menu Content
The digital menus displayed through the QR Menu feature are created, managed and updated exclusively by partner businesses ("Partners"). The Service Provider only supplies the technical platform through which Partners publish their menus. Product information — including names, prices, descriptions, allergens, nutritional values (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat) and any other attributes — is entirely the responsibility of the Partners. The allergen filter, the pre-order list and other auxiliary features rely on data entered by the Partners and are strictly informational; they do not replace direct confirmation with the venue staff. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend you confirm product contents with the waiter before ordering. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies, omissions or damages arising from the use of information published by Partners.
9. Updates and Termination
The Application may be updated or discontinued at the discretion of the Service Provider. You agree to accept updates and to cease using the Application if it is discontinued. No prior notice of discontinuation will be provided.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You will be notified of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page.

Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
- Personal Data: If you choose to provide your phone number or email address for authentication and device migration, or your birthday (only day and month) for a birthday reward, we process this data in accordance with GDPR. You may withdraw your consent for processing at any time.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can do this directly from the app.
- Data Retention: We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, unless you request its deletion.
- Data Transfers: Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure that adequate measures are in place to protect your data.
- Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage.
