# Stampino

> Stampino is a customer-loyalty platform built around a free consumer mobile
> app for iOS and Android, available on the App Store, Google Play and Huawei
> AppGallery. Customers collect digital stamps or points at cafés, restaurants,
> shops, salons, gyms and car washes near them, and redeem rewards. Businesses
> run their program from a web panel. Loyalty cards can also be added to Apple
> Wallet and Google Wallet — that is a feature of the platform, not the product.
> Stampino is a Romanian product, built in Romania and used by businesses
> across Romania and Mauritius.

Key facts:

- Founded in 2021, in production ever since.
- The Stampino app is for customers: free, no account, no email, no password.
  A card is added with one QR scan and progress is tied to the phone. An
  account (Apple, Google or Facebook) is optional.
- The app includes discovery: a list of participating businesses nearby, with
  more than 65,000 users (as of end 2025).
- Businesses configure offers in a web panel: stamp cards (e.g. buy 5, get 1
  free) or points proportional to the bill (called Cashback), thresholds,
  rewards, expiry windows, automatic birthday rewards, push notifications and
  reports. Scanning is done with a phone or tablet the business already owns —
  no extra hardware.
- Customers, cards and stamps are unlimited on every plan.
- A digital QR menu for restaurants and cafés (bilingual, allergens, instant
  updates) is included from the Standard plan up.
- By the end of 2025, partner businesses had given out 636,299 stamps and
  129,954 rewards to 57,210 active customers.
- The website is available in Romanian, English, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian,
  Bulgarian, French, German and Dutch. The consumer app and wallet passes are
  in Romanian and English.

## The Lite plan (wallet-only, without the app)

Lite is a separate, cheaper product that does not use the Stampino app at all:
the customer's loyalty card lives only in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, added
with one tap from a QR code. Nothing to install, no account, no password.

- Includes: one loyalty offer (stamps or points), unlimited customers, basic
  statistics, and a lock-screen notification when the customer is near the
  business.
- Does not include: the listing in the Stampino app (so its 65,000+ users
  cannot discover the business there), multiple offers on one card, birthday
  rewards, advanced statistics, or links and images in push notifications.
- Lite Plus adds a second offer (as a second card) and an expiry period.
- On the full plans the app provides everything above, and cards can still be
  added to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from it.
