Two offers on the same card, for different customers
The Tamper Coffee card in the Stampino app has two offers, each with its own stamps:
- Coffee: on coffee and matcha, buy 5 and the 6th is free.
- Access VIP Club: every order of at least 25 lei earns a stamp, and at 10 stamps the customer gets the VIP card.
The first offer is for those who come in every day for a coffee or a matcha and want a quick reward. The second is for those who order more, for example a coffee together with a dessert, and want a benefit that lasts longer than a coffee.
The cashier gives the stamp: when scanning the card, they pick the offer that fits the order. The customer has nothing extra to do and sees their progress on both offers in the app.
What a customer gets in the VIP Club
The VIP card is a second card in the app, Tamper VIP Club. With it, the customer gets 10% off any order, for two months.
The difference from an ordinary reward is how long it lasts. A free coffee is used once, on the spot. VIP status lasts eight weeks and applies to every order in that period, so the customer has a reason to come back often, not just once.
After the two months, the VIP card expires. To stay in the club, the customer collects the 10 orders on the access card again. The status is earned through visits, not bought, so there is no subscription to pay for or to cancel.
Why the 25-lei threshold
The threshold is what makes the club meaningful. A plain coffee goes on the coffee card, and the VIP stamp only comes with an order over 25 lei, usually a drink together with something to eat, or two drinks.
That way, the 10% discount is not handed out on every coffee. It is earned through ten larger orders and then applies only to customers who have already shown that they come back.
For your coffee shop, pick a threshold a little above the value of the usual order. If it is too low, almost any order reaches it and the club stops being special. If it is too high, few customers reach the end.
Terms that keep the customer in rhythm
Each offer has its own term, set in the Stampino panel:
- The coffee card: 28 days for the 5 stamps.
- Access to the VIP Club: 40 days for the 10 orders, which is roughly two a week.
- The VIP card: two months from the day it is received.
The terms set the rhythm of the program. Ten orders in 40 days describes a customer who comes in about twice a week, exactly the customer a VIP club wants to reward. Those who come less often still have the coffee card.
The customer sees the term on the card and is informed automatically 7 days before and once more the day before expiry.
On the customer's birthday: a free coffee with any cake

Happy birthday!
Today, with any cake, the coffee is on us.
The birthday reward has a small threshold too: with any cake they order, the customer gets a free coffee on their birthday.
The idea is worth copying. The gift costs a coffee, but it comes together with a sale, and the birthday becomes one more reason to stop by the coffee shop.
The reward appears on the card automatically on the day. You keep no dates in a calendar and send nothing by hand.
More than 1,500 customers, a direct channel

Weekend at Tamper
On Saturday and Sunday we open at 8:00. Come by for a coffee.
More than 1,500 customers have the Tamper Coffee card on their phone. For a single coffee shop, that means a list of people who chose to come back and whom you can reach directly.
With push notifications, an announcement reaches the phone of everyone who holds the card: a new drink, holiday opening hours or a weekend offer. You do not depend on who happens to see your post.
In the reports you see how many stamps were given on each offer and how many rewards were redeemed, so you can see which of the two paths is chosen more often.
How to set up a VIP club in your coffee shop
The Tamper setup can be adapted to any coffee shop. The steps, in order:
1. Keep a simple offer.
A classic card, such as 5+1 on coffee, stays for the customers who come often but order little. Without it, the club would leave them out.
2. Choose the entry threshold.
A minimum order a little above the usual one, like Tamper's 25 lei. The cashier gives the stamp only when the order goes over the threshold.
3. Choose how many visits and over what period.
Ten orders in 40 days call for a customer who comes in regularly. Fewer visits make the club easier to reach, and a longer term makes it more relaxed.
4. Choose the benefit and how long it lasts.
At Tamper, 10% off any order, for two months. A small percentage, but applied to every order, gives the customer a reason to come back for the whole period.
5. Tell your customers at the counter.
A club only works if people know about it. On every order above the threshold, the cashier can ask whether the customer wants the VIP stamp.
Two offers on the same card and expiry periods come with the Standard plan and up. The birthday reward and push notifications are included in every plan with a listing in the app.
Build your coffee shop's loyalty program
You choose the offers, the thresholds and the terms in the admin panel, and you can change them at any time, based on the reports. You scan with the phone or tablet at the counter, and the cost of the plan does not grow with the number of customers.

Which offers does Tamper Coffee have on its loyalty card?
Two, on the same card: an offer on coffee and matcha, where you buy 5 and the 6th is free, and Access VIP Club, where every order of at least 25 lei earns a stamp. At 10 stamps, the customer gets the VIP card. On top of that, on their birthday they get a free coffee with any cake.
What does a customer get in the VIP Club?
10% off any order, for two months. The VIP card appears as a separate card in the Stampino app, Tamper VIP Club.
What happens after the two months?
The VIP card expires, and the customer can join the club again by collecting another 10 orders of at least 25 lei. The status is earned through visits, not bought.
Why two offers and not one?
Because they are aimed at different customers. The one who has a coffee every day quickly reaches a free coffee, and the one who orders more has a reason to come back for two months. With a single offer, one of them would have been left without a reason to come back.
Can I set up a VIP club for my coffee shop too?
Yes. Two offers on the same card and expiry periods come with the Standard plan and up. You choose the threshold, the number of visits and the terms in the admin panel.
See all plansDoes the customer need to create an account?
No. The customer scans the QR code at the counter, and the card lands straight in the Stampino app, with no account, email or password.
How much does it cost?
The Standard plan, with two offers on the same card and expiry periods, costs 49 EUR a month, plus VAT where applicable. A plan with a listing in the Stampino app starts at 36.50 EUR a month, plus VAT where applicable, but it has a single offer.
